Giselle Gorder 

Giselle is a USFS Gold Medalist in Freestyle, Moves in the Field, as well as a Silver Medalist in Ice Dance. Nationally and regionally ranked competitive skater from 1990 to 2003, she was awarded First Place in the State Game Nationals for Most Outstanding Performer. Giselle was a featured skater in the 2002 Winter Olympic Opening and Closing Ceremonies in Salt Lake City. She has performed professionally world wide for audiences in the United States, Hong Kong, France, Italy, Germany and Switzerland. In 2003 and 2004 Giselle performed for the internationally acclaimed Stars on Ice Italian Tour in over 17 European cities.

Giselle’s experience extends beyond performing on the ice to coaching, doing choreography and creating specialty adult classes. Since 2001 she has shared her extensive skills with the up-coming skating generation by teaching with the Learn to Skate Program. She was hired as an ice skating instructor for the University of Utah as well as a dance instructor for Rowland Hall Academy in Salt Lake City. Giselle Gorder’s expertise spans from teaching beginning skaters, performing, choreographing to competitive coaching.
