Final Unofficial Practice Ice Schedule
Click here to review the final unofficial practice ice schedule. The practice ice desk will be open beginning Monday, December 13th at 3:00 pm. We will no longer accept email requests to change sessions.
MEETING/SEMINARS
While the Athlete Development Committee will not be holding the full “Reach for the Stars” seminar series, as in the past, we will be holding a few seminars and meetings. For dance athletes, John Millier, Chair of U.S. Figure Skating’s Dance Committee, will be attending the event and hold special meetings for dance parents, athletes and coaches.
The parents and coaches of all athletes are invited to attend a special seminar called “Inside U.S. Figure Skating.” It will be held at 3:15pm on Friday and repeated at noon on Saturday. (Athletes are welcome, too.)
All of the meetings and seminars will be held at the official hotel, the Marriot University Park, in the Amatheater Room. An information sheet is attached, with the full schedule, and description of each program. I hope you can make it!

SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS
New this year is an opportunity for all athletes to earn a Special Achievement pin for meeting performance goals in their free skate or free dance programs, but earning a +2 or +3 GOE or for singles skaters, by earning the most points in your group for a step sequence or your spins. A flyer is attached which explains the whole program, how winners will be posted and how to get your award. Please make sure you download and read it. A special thank you to Elda Stillwell, the Chief Accountant, who is overseeing the determination of the winners!

The official hotel, Marriott University Park is full. We have rooms available at the unofficial hotels. Please note the discounted price for the unofficial hotel, Marriott Downtown will be available through November 30. Additional information about the hotels is listed in the official announcement on the right hand side under HOTELS.

Revised Schedule and Open Draw
November 14, 2010Click "Schedule" to download the revised competition schedule and the Open Draw Schedule. The Open Draw is not mandatory to attend. Competitors will meet upstairs in the designated area. If you can not attend due to your practice schedule (unofficial practices will be posted by December 5), the official will draw your skating order.

The official hotel, Marriott - University Park is full. Guests may try to reserve rooms online but not at the discounted rate for the official hotel. We have plenty of rooms at our unofficial hotels, Chase Suites has approx. 20 rooms remaining per night, University Guest Housing has approx. 40 rooms remaining per night, and Marriott Downtown has plenty of rooms. Contact information for the hotels can be found in your announcement and on the Junior Championships link. Thank you.

Hotel rooms were arranged for two release dates, allowing a fair opportunity for the pairs and dance teams. However, since all pairs and dance teams will advance to Junior Championships, we have released all the hotel rooms beginning October 22.
